For this growing family in Palmetto, FL, garage space was becoming increasingly limited. With an undersized two-car garage and the need to keep daily walkways and parking areas open, creating efficient storage solutions that stayed out of the way became the top priority.
To maximize functionality without disrupting the flow of the garage, we designed a storage system focused on keeping items elevated or mounted flush against the wall. The final layout featured Monkey Bars inverted shelving positioned above head height for accessible everyday storage, along with heavy-duty PVC slatwall and matching accessories installed throughout the walking and parking zones to keep frequently used items organized and off the floor. To further increase long-term storage capacity, we also installed Monkey Bars 4' x 8' overhead racks above the garage roll-up door — perfect for seasonal and less frequently used belongings. The result was a clean, highly functional garage tailored to support a busy family while still leaving comfortable room for vehicles and daily movement throughout the space. Lawson, Barron, and Jake completed the project and brought the storage plan to life.
