While we agree that clear polyaspartic coatings are the hardest, most long-lasting, UV ray and chemical resistant top coat options available in the industry to prevent fading or yellowing, we choose a wicking primer pigmented epoxy as our base coat. Our base coat will withstand 10 to 12 static pounds of water pressure within a concrete slab. Commonly referred to as "moisture drive", water pressure within the slab can be caused by actual flooding or something as simple as a sprinkler head failure. With a high water table in our area, we feel that having the extra resistance is key to long term trouble free service for our clients.

We generally do not offer polished concrete flooring or one coat floor coatings without a full broadcast of decorative chips in the base coat because of their slick nature. The full broadcast provides a nice texture for slip resistance well beyond what a flat surface would provide. If this a high concern for you we can add a light abrasive within the top coat for an additional cost. Our high impact polypropylene tile system will have a raised surface profile like diamond plate, coin top or a ventilated open face patterned surface to also provide a safe surface for walking traffic.

A periodic hose down, bristle brooms, swiffer and/or mops are highly effective. Our coatings are impervious to liquids, so oil and chemicals can be wiped up without staining the floor. Dirt and other debris can be lightly pressure cleaned as needed.
