Our client’s first priority in this garage was storage behind closed doors and a landing space near the interior door entrance. This was easily knocked out with a mix of tall cabinets and a workstation. Her next two goals revolved around shelving and hook storage along a wall, and the possibility of adding hidden storage above the slightly restricted roll-up doors. The shelving and bar kits along the back wall were added to increase accessible capacity without limiting car access.
With three single-car bays and limited space above the roll-up doors, the overhead rack possibilities were challenging—but we made it work with two custom-fabricated 4' x 4' overhead racks above the golf cart bay and a 4' x 8' overhead rack branching between the chain drives of the remaining two single-car bays to round off the storage.
