After moving into a new home in Venice, FL, this homeowner quickly realized the garage lacked the storage space needed to comfortably accommodate everything from the move. During the initial consultation, the focus started with designing a practical storage layout — but it quickly became clear that refreshing the unfinished concrete floor would help complete the entire garage transformation and create a polished, cohesive space from top to bottom.
The project began with the installation of a durable 1/4" Tidal Wave hybrid epoxy flooring system that instantly elevated the look and feel of the garage. From there, we added a custom 9' open-ended workstation along the back wall for accessible concealed storage and workspace functionality. To maximize vertical organization, the design also included 12' of Monkey Bars shelf rack along the right wall along with a return section of slatwall near the garage entrance for grab-and-go storage and everyday essentials. The result was a clean, functional garage layout that balanced long-term storage with modern visual appeal. The floor was completed on day one, while Lawson, Barron, and Jesse wrapped up the storage systems and finishing touches on day two.
