This Bradenton, FL closet started with the clutter of wire shelving that came with the home. While the closet offered plenty of length, its limited width was a major consideration for everyday usability. After taking meticulous dimensions, the goal was to create a custom layout that would increase storage capacity without making the space feel cramped. The final design keeps hanging storage along the right and back walls, while the left wall combines drawers and adjustable shelving to prevent stored items from extending too far into the walkway.
The finished system features white, custom-fit, American-made closet components, oval chrome closet rods, 16-inch brushed nickel bar handles, and Shaker Abacoa door and drawer fronts. Fold-open hidden hamper storage adds another smart organizational feature without sacrificing valuable space. Lawson and Gabe removed the old components, completed the necessary wall repairs, and installed the entire new closet system in just one full day. With before-and-after photos included, the difference is easy to see!
