After relocating from up North, this homeowner in Lakewood Ranch, FL quickly realized their new home lacked the storage functionality they were used to. As the design process began, one of the biggest priorities became creating organized and symmetrical drop zones near the garage entrance to better support the flow of an active family constantly coming and going throughout the day.
To bring the vision together, we designed a clean and highly functional storage layout that balanced concealed organization with easy everyday accessibility. The final setup featured beautiful Fog Gray cabinets with black edge banding for hidden storage, warm 1 1/2" butcher block countertops for a polished finish, and heavy-duty PVC slatwall with matching accessories to create flexible hook storage throughout the space. Sleek 16" brushed nickel handles completed the modern design while keeping the overall appearance clean and cohesive.
The result was a garage transformation that not only added much-needed storage capacity but also created organized family-friendly drop zones designed to simplify daily routines while keeping the garage visually clean and welcoming. Lawson, Jesse, and Jake completed the entire project in just one day.
