Moving into a new home in Nokomis, FL, this client quickly realized there was far more stuff than available storage space throughout the house. With the garage set to become the primary overflow zone, they wanted a solution that would keep everything organized while still remaining easy to access every day. Accessibility was one of the biggest priorities throughout the entire project, so our team created a balanced storage design that made every zone functional without making the garage feel crowded.
Along the back wall, we installed a combination of StorPro white commercial-grade cabinets with sleek 16" brushed nickel bar handles paired with 24" deep Monkey Bars inverted shelving for heavy-duty tote storage above. The side walls were outfitted with gray Handiwall slatwall to provide low-profile organization that preserved the natural walking flow of the garage. To maximize overhead storage, we also installed a white 4' x 8' Auxx Lift powered overhead rack rated for 600 pounds above the roll-up door, giving the homeowner a large amount of storage space accessible at the push of a button. The completed setup created a clean, efficient garage organization system perfectly tailored to this Nokomis home.
